chocolate vanilla sponge cake sandwiched with strawberry jam + peaches topping
( with the assistance of jeng haw n phaik har n sponge cake mix)
(c... i m expert in using ready mix)
the 2nd cake... baked chocolate cheese cake....
was a disaster...hehe.....
they said it look like an ulcer.... n try to describe it as a pathologic lesion..
thus... i think better dun show a close up pic....
browse thru internet to c what's wrong with it( it cracked on the top)...
n realise not that easy to bake a cheesecake....
hopefully wil improve next time by using the tips from internet
( n the next time dunno wil b when.. coz dun think i wil bake this again... was such a failure)
beefball in creamy peppercorn sauce.... ( with the help of alicia n shie ling)

Kurma Chicken.... using the ready mix sauce from Msia ....
tomato prawn egg( i dun eat prawn thou)
but they said it taste like baked bean
